What should make a creator realise they need the next plan?
Start with the yes/no tree: about forty left-or-right questions on plan shape, what sits behind the plan, Free, the trial and how the product asks. Then press Create plan: it writes which plans exist, every dimension and how it steps up from plan to plan, the upgrade triggers, and a price derived from all of it. The point rounds, the matrix and the cost drivers are there to fine-tune and check; pricing comes last, because it follows from everything before it.
Click a name to vote as that person. As moderator you can switch between all four and place everyone's dots, ratings and bids from one screen.

The decision tree: yes or no
One tree, one question at a time, left or right. The questions are the open points of the 21 Sep session. They also ask, as plain yes or no, what the point rounds used to weight: which dimensions sit behind the plan and which psychology the product uses. Everyone answers on their own screen; the majority path assembles live in the tree next to it, and block 2 turns it into a plan. Where there is no majority yet, the direction of the 21 Sep session fills in (or your optional points from blocks 3 and 4), and the plan says so.
- Answer (12 min)About forty questions, yes or no, in six stages. Each shows what was said on 21 Sep. Change your mind freely.
- Read the tree (8 min)Ties and dashed answers are the talking points: a tie means discuss, dashed means nobody has voted yet.
- Create (5 min)Move on to block 2 and press Create plan. Come back here whenever a row of the plan looks wrong.

One button. It reads the majority path of the tree and writes the plan: which plans exist (Free, Creator, Pro), every dimension and how it steps up from plan to plan, the upgrade triggers in order, how the product asks, the trial, and in the last row a price that is derived from everything above it. Nobody types a price.
- Create (1 min)Press the button. Everyone sees the same version, with who created it and when.
- Read the ladder (7 min)Row by row: is every ▲ something a creator would actually pay for? Grey rows are the same on every plan.
- Change and re-create (7 min)Disagree with a row? Change the answer in the tree, then create again. The bar tells you when the plan is out of date.
Coffee. It gets concrete after this.
Triggers & psychology: why someone upgrades
Principles first, then the moments in the product, then the kind of ladder it is. Points, not dots: spread them or pile them on one card, both are a signal. Optional after the tree: the points break ties in the yes/no tree, sharpen the ranking of the upgrade triggers and feed parts 2 and 3 of the export.
- Read (5 min)Everyone reads the twelve principles silently.
- Weight (7 min)Ten points on the principles Reecorder should be built on, up to four on one.
- Collect moments (8 min)Where in the product does a creator hit the limit? Add cards, then six points.
- Archetype (7 min)What kind of upgrade is it? Ten points across six archetypes. This steers block 8.
- Discuss (8 min)Top principles × top moments × leading archetype: do they tell one story?

Trigger moments in the product
Dashed cards are proposals from the tier-ladder analysis of 7 Sep. Add your own. Rule from that analysis: no modals.
Ladder archetype: what kind of upgrade is it?
Six archetypes, ten points, up to five on one. Most ladders mix two. This weighting decides which matrix rows write the "You need this plan if …" sentences in block 8 and which axes the plan expects to see points on in block 4.

Packaging dimensions: the axes you build tiers along
Thirteen classic dimensions and twelve concrete candidates. One question only: which axes should decide who pays what? Twelve points per person, up to four on one axis. The tag on each card tells you whether it works today or has to be built first.
- Read (8 min)Thirteen dimensions below, twelve candidate axes further down. Status tags say what already works in the code.
- Weight (10 min)Twelve points per person across all 25, up to four on one: which axes should make a creator pay more?
- Read the ranking (7 min)The top of the list is the ladder; bar segments show who gave the points. Grey and red tags mean: build or measure first.
- Push into the matrix (10 min)Winning candidates go into the future matrix with one click.

Twelve axes nobody uses today
Tier-ladder analysis, 7 SepSorted by leverage. Each card names its basis in the code, because most of these are not inventions but things that already half exist and are simply not sold as a plan feature. Same points as above. "Add to future matrix" drops the Free/Creator/Pro proposal as a row into block 5.

The "Today" matrix is pre-filled with the verified state. The "Future" matrix you fill together. Every cell saves immediately and several people can write in parallel.
- Check today (8 min)Is the current-state matrix right? Correct what is wrong.
- Write the future (20 min)Only the axes from the plot's top right and top left. Leave rows you do not need empty.
- Read-aloud test (12 min)One sentence per column: "You need this plan if …". If the sentence does not work, the column is not sharp.
Cost drivers: what one creator costs us per month
Eight drivers, three tier cost profiles, one calculator. At the end, every driver has a mechanism the ladder uses to carry it.
- Read the profiles (5 min)Storage is the only driver that accumulates. Everything else is per stream.
- Play with the calculator (10 min)What happens with a heavy streamer? At 0.7 instead of 2.5 GB/h?
- Pick a mechanism (15 min)One shared answer per driver: cap, priced in, add-on, fair use or gate.

Who carries the driver?
Shared decision, last change winsPricing: derived from the plan, checked against your gut
Pricing comes last because it follows from everything before it. The price is not typed, it is derived: from how many dimensions step up in the plan, from what a full pot costs us, and from the TikFinity ceiling. Then everyone bids blind, and the median shows whether your gut agrees with the derivation.
- Read the derivation (10 min)Line by line: value steps, cost check, ceiling. Move the margin floor and watch price or capacity give way.
- Bid blind (5 min)Everyone types a monthly price per plan. Nobody sees the others.

Decisions, final plan and export
Record what is decided and park what is not. Below that, the export document: part 1 is the plan as created in block 2, parts 2 to 9 are the material behind it (optional points, axes, matrix, costs, blind bids, decisions, a consistency check and where the four of you disagree). Under each part there is a wording field. Then export.
